Default Obd2b to obd1 d16 HELP

Hi all struggling really need some help im desperate. I bought ej6 coupe cheap that ran but would not rev past 4k. I did not have keys and immobiler light was on. So... i decided to go obd1 po6 de immobilized and jumper harness as i had this sitting around. Now i have changed 3 wire to 2 wire iacv valve and now changed to obd1 distributer! Done that but it is not revving properly has a mind of its own! Now the two plugs that are the same size match from obd1 to obd2b. Now there is a second small plug on the obd1 distributer that has 2 wires 1 blue and the other 1 is black and yellow, i left the small plug alone and tried starting it and didnt run. So there was a bung on the obd1 plug the connected to black and yellow car side. So i connected the black and yellow from the small plug to the car side and it ran but still had a mind of its own. Now the thing that is annoying me is i do not no where the last blue wire on the small plug from the obd1 distributer goes??????? Sorry for essay. If any body can help i will buy you a drink!

The blue wire from the OBD-1 distributor 2-wire plug is the tachometer output wire. It is not used on '99-00 Civics because the tach signal is sent from the ECU to the instrument cluster instead of coming directly from the distributor as the older Civics do. If the engine runs and you do not have codes for any of the position sensors (TDC, CKP, CYP or CKF)... then the distributor is not your problem.

You can connect it directly to the tach input wire on the back of the gauge cluster OR connect it to the tach signal test wire/port on the left side of the car near the shock tower. It is a blue wire with silver bands... likely pushed into a black rubber holder taped to the chassis harness.
