Default OBD2 - Clutch Switch

If u don't have launch control, does the ECU use the clutch switch digital (on/off) at all. asking as some aftermarket hijack a digital input for other stuff...if i use the clutch switch what do i lose?

Default Re: OBD2 - Clutch Switch

the ecu does not use a clutch signal at all. on an integra or civic, the clutch switch activates the starter circuitry (independent of the ecu). the other switch is used for cruise control.

not exactly sure what your question is though?
