Need help with weird stalling issue
Need help please!
Car info(what little I know about the car)
1990 Honda accord
auto to manual conversion
BlackTopJdm
H22A 96SiVtec
Runs and idles fine untill hitting 5k rpms and up. After letting off, it comes down to a rough idle till it shuts off. If you hit the key on and off while motor is still turning, it will run fine

Tried 2 different chipped ecus, and 2 known working basemaps. Anyone have any idea's as to could cause an issue like this? TIA
