im having a problem with my eman. the interaction light is staying on. i was told that the only time it should be on is when it is connected to a com.....

is this normal, or can anyone tell me why this is happining?

also, does anyone know how to make a clone cable to run the eman through the USB port? i have tried a few different cable combinations with no sucess...
any help would be very useful right about now!!!
