Default ECU help

My friend has a 90 crx Si with a B18a1. We converted the car to obd1, but the car will only start with ecu's that have been socketed and jumper at J1 connected, but its in limp mode. I tried a stock p06 and obd1 pr4 and the car will not start the cel goes off and im getting fuel and spark.... Any ideas?????

Reconnect the jumper at J1 and burn the proper program to your chip. If you do not have a chip burner, you can order a basemap chip from many different tuners
