I'm not certain on the correct answer here. I have a VAFC2 that I've had with this car now since like 2005. I would like to connect it with but S300, but in a monitoring only type mode and just have it be another set of gauges and to keep with the "period correct" install. Am I NOT installing just the wires that have an output function? Or is there more? I'm not sure which connections actually allow the VAFC unit to make modifications.
