hello im having problem with my launch control with crome, long story short; i set up my launch control to 4500 rpm and when i press the pedal the car continues to 8000 rpm.

im having that problem from the past week, in the past it worked, i dont know whats happening, if somebody knows about it please let me know

also: thats crome free version

Try using a new fresh map. 2-Step works on the free version.

 

yeah it's usually a rom issue. either that or the ECU isn't reading the chip, make sure J1 is properly connected and there are no solder issues.

 

thanks now is working, the d14 pin of the ecu was connected to a external wide band, i just conected back to normality and the launch star working again

 

i have another question, im using the crome antilag(dealer version) and i retarded 20 ign. degrees but when i datalog the launch it says that are 10 degrees of advance????
somebody can help me

 

It's is 20* retarded relative to base timing and timing on the map plus whatever corrections are being applied.

 

The same goes for fuel, typically I start out using the target boost cell fuel value for whatever RPM the antilag is set for and add more as needed. But keep in mind your turbo still has a mechanical limit to how well it can spool at a given RPM, and Crome doesn't have the best antilag either. Don't be surprised if you end up with -40* and a puddle of fuel off the muffler to get 4psi.
