I need the help for solving my situation. My car is JDM Honda Accord CD6 H22A in manual. It is my daily car that runs fine before. It was not been used for a while due to I worked out of town.

Now, the vtec is engaged once start the engine. There is 12V supply to the vtec solenoid valve whatever rpm. It was under power that cannot run smoothly below 3000rpm. Anyone have idea whats going on and how to fix it.
