Is this true or would I be better off getting the things I want for my car like... Intake, Header, and Exhaust. Then getting it tuned??????

get the parts you want to get, then get it tuned.
You'll get the most out of a custom tune, than any chip or jdm ecu.

Nothing that easy is going to give you 15 hp. If the motor were moderately modified, you MIGHT see that much increase with an extensively tuned standalone. But not a factory calibration. The factory tuners have to run conservative maps so that their bosses don't get smothered with warranty claims.

First of all Thank you for all your feed back... No I can't post a pic of it .... I honestly couldn't find one my self so it would make sense that its not true and isn't out there lol.. So I will just stick with getting a tune after I get my stuff. Thanks again guys!

no need for a tune after those simple bolt-ons. if u had it tuned it would be hard for them to get anything. uhh. ur car will notice the differences in temp and flow. hope this helps.
