Hey guys, I am getting an OEM distributor and I would like to know how do you identify an authentic OEM Distributor from an aftermarket distributor. Any stampings or markings on them? Or is the coil and ignitor suppose to be a certain style/colour?

The distributor Im talking about is an OBD1 Non Vtec. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Open it up, look at the manufacturer of the coil & ignition control module.
Tec coils are oem. The OEM rotor is black, not orange/brown.

 

IS the ICM, Tec as well?
