IAT corrections and Open Loop ECT corrections?

IAT corrections and Open Loop ECT corrections?
I have honda civic with an B18C1 ENGINE and yesterday they overheat after couple of passes in the track and the engine blow up. I would like to know what should I do with the tuning I use crome gold. thanks
