I was going to get my car tuned and while in the process of tuning it we found out my car wont rev past 7000 rpms.

its not hitting rev limit so we have no clue what is wrong with it...any suggestions?

and also my check engine light will not come on at all. it comes on when u first start my car but after that it will not come on.

we had my car started and unplugged the tps sensor and no check engine light. we checked all the wiring and it all looked alright... any suggestions?
