are you asking how to actually tune a car? i dont think anyone can put that into a post on honda-tech. i suggest taking it to a professional

 

ok men thanks hey my ecu came with RP17 like cut the little thing that was there and in RP18 i got a wire jump, this was made to put it manual right?

 

can i buy the 74hc373 chip on ebay ?

 

they are just capacitors. you dont "have" to have them for everything to work but i use them because its what comes in the kit from Moates and they are there for a reason.
