hello, Is this Hondata Ventuli plate made for b16a. Some say this Hondata Ventuli plate cause mid rpm range rpm gain some hp but lost at high rpm range power. i thought this Ventuli plate just a rubber that reduce the IM heat soak. But why it would cause high rpm range power lost? Thank you

 

The hondata heat shield intake gaskets are designed to reduce intake heat soak. The ventuli plates change the intake runner sizes where the intake gasket is (makes them smaller) this is where the top end loose is created.
