So the hole for my usb port on my S300 is right next to that green LED light so i can see it obviously. Occasionally when i drive the car hard, the LED will illuminate red, then go away after a few minutes. no CEL or anything.

is this normal? or is this trying to tell me theres a problem?

 

IDK MY BOY HAS ONE AND I SEE GREEN ALL THE TIME U MAY WANNA GET IT CHECKED OUT ASAP

That would be on board datalogging. See if your calibration has it enabled.

I just found out I have that same problem. So did u ever find out what it may cause that. Everything that happen to u the same thing is happening to me.

 

Datalogging and live tuning will flash the lights red green very fast makes it look like solid red. If its staying solid red usually an ecu problem. Verify its solid or flashing red. If flashing then your datalogging when perameters are met. If colid check ecu solder points. Could be bad connection or something wrong inside ecu. Generally when goes solid red it freezes up when laptop is connected

 

having the same issue but its also not letting me adjust tune or upload a tune. yes its registered in my name as well
