Im new to everything tuning so if i say something stupid or that makes no sense im sorry and im open to correction.

With this android program can you actually burn chips?

Can the Blue tooth hardware also work with laptops and programs like chrome and tuner pro rt?

No, this app can't burn chips, and yes you can use the bluetooth hardware with laptops.

a working blue tooth device for free?

and im guessing once you but the blue tooth device only works as a OBD0, OBD1, or OBD2 adapter and you still need to get a Burn2 or some kinda chip burner if you want to actually work with a EPROM system

Testing with ectune but cant crank because no oil in engine, works fine.

I only have configured Bluetooth device in stock. If you want a full ecu, contact our partner. S.Q.U.A.D. Engineering LLC

I contacted neptune. They said they were working on making an APP, I offered to help and asked for source info but I dont think that is going anywhere.
I have been thinking about making some decent datalogging things...My design would most likely be to use a rooted android device. I would love to cooperate with some folks to make a nice little product...hmm

We're going to be launching a TunerView app for Android in the near future. I'm always glad to see the interest in being involved, but we have it covered.
