High Idle

i have a 92 accord with a f22b vtec swap and when i start it up it idles a 3000 and wont come down does anyone know what i can do to solve this issue

Vacuum leak on the intake manifold after the throttle body, or IACV or fitv stuck open if you have one. Or maybe throttle plate stuck open, something is letting in extra air.
