My engine was damaged and just put a JDM H22A motor into my CD Accord. It is noticed that there is always 12V supply to the Vtec solenoid valve even in idle or 7000rpm? It is not happen before replace the motor. No any engine code is recorded. The ECU I am using is p0F.

Any suggestion to fix it?

 

Try another ECU.

 

Already try, but still the same

 

Check your wiring make sure there is no short in it, also make sure the pin at the ecu is going to the right place.
