Default Greddy Emanage

Hi people,
I'm currently sourcing parts to build my b16 turbo. I'm in need of management. I was going to use a hondata s300 but with the current £-$ rate their not cheep. To that end I started looking for alternatives. I came accross a Emanage on fleebay for a really good price last week and thought for that price I may as well give it a go, but forgot to bid just before it ended. After this I started looking at how much new ones are and they arnt too bad. So I'm just wondering if it would be worth getting one?

If anyone has had any experience with one then any advice would be great.

Thanks, Tom

Most everyone is going to tell you emanage is garbage.... personally I think you wont have any problems with it as long as you stay at 440cc or smaller injectors. I have had emanage for around 7 years. I got emanage before anyone in the area knew how to tune hondata. It worked great for a long time, made great power (I had the 15g whp record for a while, and went 11.8's on a stock d15b with emanage) Drivablity was good. I only recently have had some issues when I switched to 550cc injectors. I am getting rid of the emanage and going crome simply to go run 750's. Crome is cheap, so that would be my advice if your on a budget.

Emanage is garbage compared to the other options that are out there. Your best bet is crome/hondata/neptune/ectune...any of those will work. I've tuned many cars on crome and working around the bugs was always a hastle. It can be tuned to run a car just fine, but there are way better options out there that don't cost much more. I mainly only tune neptune and hondata now. Their software is way more developed as well as the customer support. In the end it mostly comes down to what your tuner wishes to tune.
