ok so recently i bought flashpro, plugged it into my car, uploaded a calibration, it worked fine, datalogged it and it was running rich, so i went to put a new calibration on it, and it will not connect to the car, im not sure what is going on, ive tried everything (different computers, etc)

i unhooked the battery to reset the ecu, then tried again, and it connected fine, i tried to load a calibration, seemed to work, then i went to datalog and it lost connection again. and now i cant get it to connect again, anyone have any idea what this problem could be? i have a friend and his flashpro did the exact same thing

Try re-installing the usb drivers.
Review the help file in the flashpro software.

 

i've tried that, also tried 3 different laptops, and nothing

 

the flashpro connects to the laptop just not to the ecu

 

What error is provided exactly?

 

no errors, there is suppose to be checkmarks by the obd2 and the live, which are not,, there is a green checkmark by the flashpro and there is 2 x's by the ecu and live

 

Is the Power & USB light turned on with the key on/engine off & laptop plugged in?

 

yes the lights are on.

 

I have never had such an issue with a flashpro unit.
Your best bet maybe to email hondata technical support or call them directly.

 

it was in recovery mode, unplugged battery for 10 minutes, and it works fine now,, thanks for your help though.

 

Glad you figured it out.
All you needed to do according to the flashpro help file is re-upload a calibration.

Weird. I have never seen that occur.
