Maybe it a Rover Engine!?
Or better, a Honda engine with different Valve Cover. This kind of Honda Engine is called D16A9 in Europe. DOHC, non VTEC, 120HP. Matching (Honda) ECU would be the PM7. It's similar to the ZC but what i've heared there are small differences!?

Since the valve cover bolts are on the outside it suggests it's a ZC.

Looks like any regular Black of possibly brown top ZC cover would fit...

Why don't you just look at the little engine identification tab on your block? So you can know for sure which motor you have.

Found it. It's from a Rover 216 Coupe.
