im not sure if dis is da right forum for dis but anyway i heard from my work,which is honda, dat starting 2010 dat da gov will start closing down emmision stations here in wash. not sure bout other states. sumptin like all vehicles produced b/4 2010 will be exempt. dont quote me but dats what i heard in our tech meeting. they didnt go into detail bout dis, im sure der is probably more to it. imagine all da swap options w/o having to get da sniffer!
