HI all, I have a bb3 prelude 1994 it does not have a ELD in the fuse box under the bonnet/hood, the problem is i have just swapped from my F20a4 engine with a p11 ecu, to a H22a1 using a P13 ecu for vtec,and knock sensor, i have deleted the IAT valve as I have fitted a euro type R inlet mani. and throttle body,which doesn't require twin inlets, but I am getting code 20 up when I jump the service plug, my idle struggles to run, my electrics pull the engine down to nearly stall,
I never had this problem with my original engine setup, so how does the ELD work on my old engine set up when it is not installed in the usual place, does the alternator have one fitted in its circuitry?

 

I believe the alt-c wire will control your alternator like civics I'm used to. Cutting that should keep the alt in high charge mode
