I have a bunch of ecu's that I collected over the years and I am wondering who buys them these days? Is it just better to ebay them?

 

If they're working... and you're asking retail, sell them to customers as socketed and ready to go ECUs. If you're selling at wholesale, there's a ton of tuners who want these on a regular basis. I'm sure you'll get PMs.
