Ok I have a 94 Del sol with a b16a2 JDM swap in it and, I'm looking for an ecu that I can run boost on and tune on. I'm not sure what ecu is curantly in it I belive it is a P28 but I'm not sure.

It is called a Black box ecu. It is ether a JDM P08 ecu with a hondata s300 or a JDM P30 with a s300.
Now whats the differance and would I be able to use ether of them?

I'd recommend staying away from a JDM ECU/ S300J setup. If you decide you'd like to datalog wideband through the ELD input, or use PWM boost you will need a USDM ECU. There are several reputable vendors here on honda-tech as well as ourselves who offer complete P28 ECU's with S300 systems ..
