Default ECu options

hi, i got a B18C GSR, intake 4-1 header, exhaust and sKunk2 pro mani. other than the p72 which has a stock 4400 vtec, what other ECu can i run with a higher stock vtec that would work with my mods. motors OBD1

Any chipped and tunable OBD1 ECU can be altered to run your setup & have a higher VTEC crossover engagement. Why is it that you need a higher VTEC engagement point?

You would actually benefit from either chipping your obd1 p72 with a tune/basemap for your motor with a skunk2 pro mani etc. You could also buy a pre-chipped obd1 p28 spec ecu for the setup & experience no downtime or hassle of trying to chip your ecu.

totally agree, any reputable tuner will have a basemap for this setup thats pretty close

(will more than likely be a little rich, but it will get you running till you can get with someone to tune it)
