Ecu help urgent

Hi can anyone please help tried searching on Google but can't find what am looking for

Ecu has burnt the following EQ46 on the board can anyone please tell me what this is for?

Pretty sure that's IAT. But plugging it in and running it should throw a code and tell you for sure.
