Default ECU/Engine Trouble! Help!

My engine was flooding so I figured it maybe was Grounded wire or Injector...

I had injectors serviced.
Checked for grounded wire.
Put serviced injectors in today..
Engine still floods.
Found out 1 wire on my ecu is unplugged. From the ecu to the plastic connector.

Could this cause the problem? Here's a short video..

I also talked to a guy at a Auto Sports shop who said, "Grounded wire, injectors, or Bad tune" How could it be a bad tune when I didn't even mess with the tune?

But would this cause the engine to flood?

Can't tell from the video where the wire is supposed to go but if you show me with a pic or another video, I'll tell you what the missing pin should control.

No dice - let's do this. take a picture of where the loose green is coming out of the other end on the ECU side and I'll match it on one of my harnesses.

Alright. I took it to the shop. I was told my ECU is not a Hondata S300(which I was told when purchased..bummer!). I guess its a chipped ecu. He said he thinks the ecu chip went bad and its making the injectors send more fuel then needed? I guess I'll have to explain more detail here to try to figure it out..because I don't think it's the ECU(just my opinion).

My car over heated. Was wondering why because when I bought it and drove it back to my town(1hr away), it never over heated. So I find out the radiator had a leak. I refilled the system. Went online ordered a new radiator. Along with a exhaust manifold gasket, because cyl 4 gasket was leaking. I wake up one morning, go start my car, hard start. Look under the hood. Notice something wet kinda drippin out of the bad gasket area on the exhaust manifold. Didn't think much of it(Shouldn't of). Filled up the coolant again. Drove on. The next day it was spraying instead of dripping. Not leaking...Spraying!

I want to know if the ecu went bad, wouldn't it make the injectors spray instead of drip the first time?

Or did the overheat make the head warp/crack? which would cause it to flood in the engine?

It runs, Idles, just sprays.

Thoughts please! THANKS!
