If I remember correctly the P61 doesn't have the provisions in stock form to control the IABs found in the B18C1's dual stage intake manifold. So if you go with the P61 and you still have the OEM B18c1 manifold on there, you'd probably wanna run with the IABs open (Just disconnect and cap off both ends of where the vacuum line was running from the manifold to the vacuum diaphragm) Without tuning to compensate for them being open all the time you'll lose some low end, but your top end would suffer terribly if they were left shut.
