Is eCtune's web site down i havnt bin able to enter the forum or the home site for 3 days.

 

It is down. Wouldn't surprise me if he just let the domain run out....lol

Customer support from Calvin was pretty much gone now anyway wasn't it? Might be able to get some info from xenocron.com

 

i've been trying to get a hold of calvin for the past week for a ectune licence....my copy is expired now...and now the website is down.....what awesome support...

 

Title the email to calvin in bold caps "ECTUNE LICENSE" , he has alot of spam he deletes i assume, this has worked numberous times for me when i needed something.

And ya, you are right..wish he would just sell the software already to someone who can take it in the right direction.

 

Im stuck too, had to take the install file from my old laptop to put on my new one because i couldnt get onto the site to download it, but now i cant do the web update to get it working >

 

i did exactly that 3 times....i will try with a different email address and see if i can get a hold of him....
