Icon6 Distributor mess

I have an OBD1 LS head but OBD2 bottom end from a 98. I'm using my hatchbacks D16Y7 engine harness since I was told it should work just fine. Can I use an OBD2 distributor on this LS?? I tried using my D series but I figure the bolts don't match up due to it being a single and now this being a dual it's a different pattern.

You can use an obd2 ls or b20 distributor...

You can also use an obd1 ls distributor & simply purchase an obd2 engine harness to obd1 distributor jumper: http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...per-p-101.html
