Has anyone ever had a Moates demon completely die? Mine randomly gave up today during update, will not connect and has no flashing LED's. I tried the reset utility with no sucess, it does not recognise the device. The Laptop does recognise a device is plugged in but it seems as if its just a USB Serial Port

 

If there's no LEDs on it's a goner. Talk with Moates support.
