Sometimes comm ports 10 and up don't work. I could use COM10: for the Ostrich, but COM11: did not work for my Hulog. It started working when I changed the Hulog to COM1:

Also you need to make sure you select the QD3/Demon serial protocol in the Settings->Tuner comm tab

This assumes you are not using the CROME Gold bin.

Have you tried going back to version 1.5.5? That is all I can recommend.

I have not been able to figure out why I haven't been able to log TPS with CROME. AS a result, I have given up and will try eCtune...

You might want to entertain the idea of Neptune.

I have neptune. Wanted to give customers more options. Plus its aggravating to buy something and have it not work

That wasnt addressed to you however if you have Neptune, why arent you using it? Better question is why you arent a dealer for Neptune. Its my personal feeling that Neptune is a step above eCtune as far as features and reliability. Comparing either of these to CROME would just be silly for known reasons.

sorry for my last responce. i didnt realize it wasnt addressed to me.

i am a neptune dealer and 100% agree that it is a step above ectune and better then crome.

but as i stated before i would like to give my customers more options and it sucks to spend money on something and no be able to use it

if your customers wont spend another 100 dollars for a nice management then they arent the greatest customers.....but i guess im indifferent because i dont tune for a living.

i dont tune crome or hondata for my own personal reasons. i guess if i did it for a living those reasons may change.
