i had a hondalog cable and it work with my crome pro for a long time, but my friend car got burn to the ground about few weeks ago, along with my lc1 wideband, and hondalog cable and i haven't bought another cable. i went ahead bought a nokia(generic) data cable yesterday, cuz my friend need his car running to get back for to work, and i follow the instruction to wire it. black to ground to pin 1, red to pin2, pin3 not use, pin 4 white, i couldn't able to get crome pro to connect. i using the generic cable driver that came with it. i set the settings to com 6, becuz they said high com number can cost a problem. i did all my settings like i was with hondalog. it still will not connect. (bad response, cannot connect to ecu) so i read someone using nokia cable, and instruction have the white and red switch out. so i did that, i still can't connect to ecu. same error message. i already spend 20bucks for this stupid cable, i really don't want to spend another 30bucks for another cable if i can get this work. any write up anywhere i can, able to read up on how to do nokia cable? or what i doing wrong? i already follow the instruction on xenocron.com about usb data logging. still no go. thx.
