Default change tune?

my integra was tuned and all engine mods done by the previous owner. currently the ecu is obd1 p72 tuned with crome. i have some rpm/stalling problems from time to time which i believe is due to the tune. the previous owner told me it wouldn't stall as often when it was tuned using something else i forget atm. anyway is it easy to change a tune like this from crome to something else? how much should it cost to have this done without the use of a dyno? is anyone familiar with someone that can tune for me in the grand rapids michigan area?

The stalling issues are more then likely in the tune.
When it comes to engine management you get what you pay for
