Default Chances of ecu’s going bad

What are the chances of a ecu going bad, or how likely would it be that it’s bad, I’ve been having a lot of issues with my Rsx lately, when I had gotten the car tuned, it was tuned with the primary 02 off, and drove fine only at full throttle, a couple months later my car ran completely terrible, it was getting no power and was bogging really bad, I went on ktuner and turned on the primary 02 back on and the car drove better then ever before, like stock, but the problem is that it goes fully lean at full throttle and when the car goes above 4500rpms, I’ve also been having this issue where all the needles on my dash just start going all over the place and all the power just starts cutting off, I can also hear my ecu clicking when that happens, could it be the ecu that’s gon bad or my harness?
