BRE odd problem

Default BRE odd problem

So, I have a bit of an odd problem I havent run into before..... My CRX with a b16a, 57 trim t3/t4, DSM 560cc injectors, running a pr3 (obd0) ecu which I am tuning with BRE, does a funny thing. On startup (even when warm) it runs VERY rich - 10.0:1 area at idle, and rich everywhere else too. If I take the car out and get it into boost - even only 4-5psi, and let off, the A/F ratio changes to a more normal 15.0 :1 at idle, and leans out the rest of the map as well. The A/F ratio then stays at this "leaner" mode until you shut the car down. Ive used BRE on another, very similar build, and this didnt seem to happen at all. Anyone out there that could suggest a possible solution?
I keep wondering if there is a sensor somewhere (IAT?) that could cause this wierdness. Ive tuned a number of cars in the past, and this problem has never come up before. Hoping someone has seen this in the past and can help me out. I'm starting to think my car needs an exorcism.
