i got a hondata s300 in a p28 and my car is not working like suposed to, the red light is on in the ecu and i am gettin a solid cel. is this a indictation of a bad ecu? how else can i check to see if the ecu is bad?

 

did you load a cal into it. might be a bad soldering job.
