Default Another CPR help

Car: 2000 Civic Si
ECU: p28
OBD2B
Not syncing. Has power and the red light flashes.
While wiring it up there was no wire in A22 so added one. Also tried A21 and got a code 4. Anyways im attaching an image of how i wired it up. Is this the right way? So far this has been a huge headache for 6 wires lol.

A25 and A23 should still be connected to ECU.
The CPR taps into those wires for power/ground.
I assume this part of your diagram is inaccurate as if wired like this the ECU would be dead.

The yellow and blue wires in the engine bay dont feed into the distributor.
They feed into the distributor harness, engine bay side.
The coils are getting power from the engine harness
And the CPR is outputting the tach into the engine harness (like the distributor used to)

Muckman hit it on the head. That would fix your problem.

After swapping out my hacked conversion harness and redoing all the wires and finding a blown fuse, it started working. Now the tachometer isnt working. Any ideas?

Tachometer in the cluster, or through S300? Or both?

Your tach signal wire is solid blue @ C8 (IIRC..)

I have sold a bunch of them without a problem. The problems come from the installers, not the kit.

Make sure the green wire is connected to the blue tach signal to the cluster.

I'm willing to bet they were all installer issues like turbogixxer said.

I know my problems were 100% my fault...

have everything working now, but as i drive the car has a hicup where it falls on its face for a quick second. tried taking %25 out coil dwell and that did nothing. Next step is to try a different distributor.
