Default AEM Logging...

Anybody know how to wire in a external button to do logging on the AEM 30-1040? I wanna do a switch so i don't have to keep the laptop in the car. Thanx in advance.

AEM ems has internal logging. You can set it up via variable. If you do not know how to do this, you probably shouldn't be messing with your aem ems anyhow. Contact your tuner for step by step instructions.

If you can't contact your tuner, read the aem help file(s).

Setup > Internal Logging > Change the "Log Switch Input" to whatever channel you wire the switch to

mtber - from one perspective I completely agree with you. But on the other hand, even if we assume he doesn't know how to tune, but already has aem up & running on his car, messing with internal log settings can't hurt anything engine-wise...
