Default Z6 Crank into Y7 Block

New to the forum probably starting off on a bad note. I have searched and everyone has been quite vague of what is compatible with what and what is needed to make things work. I currently have a Y7 D16 block, oil pump, oil pan and have a brand new Z6 crankshaft I'd like to use in my rebuild. I understand that the timing will be different if possible but will I be able to use the Y7 pulley on a Z6 crank? What issues will I run into other than timing? If I have the y7 pump with the dipstick why would there be a difference with what crankshaft I use? I appreciate the help, thanks.
