Icon5 Please help with the torque spec on an engine bolt

Does any expert recognize the bolt circled in red and help me find its torque spec? The hole on the left is the torque converter case where the intermediate shaft goes in. Towards the bottom is the engine oil pan. I'd like to remove the bolt so that my improvised tool can pound the oil seal in. The bolt's head sticks out a little too much and blocks my tool to go vertically in. This is 2008 Acura TL Base. Thank you for your help!

The bolt head fits into a 14 mm socket.

Out of concern of screwing up the engine, I decided not to remove that bolt. Instead I ground my tool down to clear the bolt head. It turned out the best tool to install an axle oil seal is the old seal on top of the new and a small hammer. Carefully and lightly tapping on the circumference to push the seal in evenly is the most reliable method I discovered after a dozen or so trials and errors. :-)

Thank you for your help still!

You made the right choice in leaving that bolt alone. this is one of the bolts connecting the main caps to the block skirt. item 12 in the image below. (15 and 13 are doing the same thing, but are different lengths)

I don't know the torque spec or procedure off the top of my head, but had it been removed retorquing properly would be very important.
