naked b16

I bought my civic and had a b20 vtec, so I thought building a turbo b16, I got a b16 block with internal but without water pump, oil pump and no oil carter either, can I use this things from my b20?

Yes. Match the water pump to the timing belt. (B20 waterpump=b20 timing belt)
As long as the b16 block has its original main caps, you should be good.
