Post F20b and F23 Frankenstein question

Quick rundown:
I bought a 95 Prelude SE with h22a4. Dropped a valve. I have an f20b complete engine but main bearings are screwed and crank has scratches that catch your fingernail.

What I need help on:
I bought the f20b from a guy and he threw in 3 other motors and junk. While installing a ks balance shaft eliminator kit on f20b, I noticed that my main bearings are done for and the crank is scratched.

The Real Final question:
He advised me I can use the f23 crank, with f23 rods and f20b pistons.

I'm just trying to get my baby on the road and I have a lot of engines to steal parts off of, (f23a1,f22a6,f22b1,h22a4)

Will this setup work out? F20b block and head with f23 crank/rods and f20b pistons.

This looks like it will work no problem
The specs are as follows

Wrist Pin Diameter
F23 = .866
F20B = .866

Main Journal Diameter
F23 = 55mm
F20B = 55mm

Rod Journal Diameter
F23 = 1.771
F20B = 1.771

Main Bearing Width
F23A1 = .784
F20B = .784

So I've done my research, just want some others to agree or catch something I missed

I thought all factory honda pistons for F and H were press fit?

back to answering the question though: the blocks are almost identical. use crank/rods/pistons all from the same engine type. piston height is different between each engine, as mentioned above. which not only alters compression, but can alter compression a LOT, and can also smash the piston right into and through the head. aka the comment above about being "out the hole", which means sticking up above the surface of the block.
