Default Broken D16 Valve Cover Bolt Stud

So, I over tightened one of my valve cover bolts and ended up snapping it under the surface of the stud, so I tried to use one of those hammer in and turn screw extractors, but wasn't perfectly in the middle and I ended up cracking off the whole side of the stud, the one circled in red. I don't have a picture of my actual head, but I hope you can understand without it. I'm wondering if I can replace just the top piece that the valve cover bolt threads into (boxed in blue) or if I have to get a whole new system or what? I'd also like to know what that part is called.

Honda Automotive Parts

You can NOT buy replacement cam caps. Even if you could, you really would need a line hone/bore to do it the right way. You could always take your chances with trying to find a spare used cap, but I think for all intended purpose, just get the ear welded back on. Take it to a machine shop for the work and have them drill it out and heli-coil / time-sert it while they are at it. Good luck!

Ahh, thank you. Kinda sucks, but it's understandable.
