Default B20/Vtec engine torque specs

I am in the process of building a b20 with gsr head, it will be built for turbo with aftermarket internals. My question is which torque specs should I use gsr or B20 or Both? I try searching here on HT but was not able to find any posts specifying which torque specs to use.

Generally that is dictated by the particular fastener.

This still is somewhat debated with ARP headstuds on B20/V builds:

So essentially, he recommends to torque (with ARP Lube) the cylinder head to about stock specs - 67 ft-lbs. This is because when you apply more load you risk distortion of the block / cylinders. Of course this is probably minimal, but really it's up to you. I will say I have been doing 67 ft-lbs for quite a few builds now (both N/A and F/I) and have had zero problems.
