Can aftermarket Sleeves be bored out?

Can aftermarket Sleeves be bored out?
I have a B18B1 that has been sleeved with 2.0L Darton (i believe) Sleeves. My problem is that I bought it like this and it has a Ding in one of the cylinder walls. Deep enough that it worries me. Has any one ever bored out these aftermarket sleeves and what should I do about piston size? It came with forged Eagle Rods and Pistons.

Yes, aftermarket sleeves can all be bored depending on what their current size is. You need to use a dial bore gauge and figure out what your current bore size is and go from there. There are "accepted" limits depending on if it's going to be a N/A or F/I build though, so that could be your limitation as well.

This will be a Turbo car.

That I am aware of, Eagle doesn't make pistons. You need to figure out your bore issue and go from there. PLENTY of options to choose from.
Pistons are an EXTREMELY debated subject, I will say this - If you don't mind larger PTW clearances (noisier) then go with 2618 pistons. If you want tighter gaps (quieter) then go with 4032. 4032 pistons are slightly less malleable (more brittle), but can handle 80 - 90% of the power of a 2618 forging of similar design. I am getting into debating territory now, so I think I will leave it at that.

If you are using Darton M.I.D sleeves that were installed by a competent machine shop you can replace the 1 sleeve that has been hurt only.
