Ive never really been that huge of a drift fan...but that show completely changed my view of it. I thought that it was a bunch of cars going out there and sliding around with some old drifters judging them. Whichever one they thought looked the best wins. I had no idea that there was that much organization and skill involved. That tandem **** takes some real skill. And i really had no idea that they went that fast in drifting...they were hauling ***. It seemed like it would really get the adrenaline pumping.
BTW-i think that dude from finland that was driving the supra(now drives the mopar viper) was better than rhys millen. That one line that they showed him do was sweet. I hope that reps the us right in japan with the viper

Yeah he was awesome the ironic thing was that he was driving millen's old car. Millen was driving a brand new GTO that he only had two weeks to build and about three or four test runs before the competition. That would have been very hard to adjust too.

It was OK, it's oooold though. I read about that competetion forever ago. I really liked the AE86's. The GTO was ok, but I just don't care for the styling of it.

Discovery owns TLC. I watched it, it was pretty cool. I like drifting, but I hate the riced out look that the majority of the cars have. I wish that they would be more subtle, or have a race car look to them.

the thing I hate is how they made it look hard to build that gto in 2 weeks. Give me almost unlimited parts, money, 10 people, a facility, and see if I can't do the same.
