Preludes are for autocross, 240's are for drifting

this post reminds me of this animation

And to answer your drifting questions you should check out

You'll see that preludes aren't really the way to go.

I've never seen anybody try it with ATTS. Interesting idea, but I'm afraid you're probably on your own with that experiment.

Why? It's a legitimate sport, when done on a controlled circuit. The drifters that I've seen on these closed circuits are doing things that I don't think I'd be able to do.

Front wheel drive drifting is a challenge, but it's being done. It's just something else to learn, another track event to do with your Honda.

I mean, c'mon, now. We all go track driving with our FF cars, and everybody knows that mid engine's the best, right?

Drifting with ATTS?.....HAHHAH
Umm ATTS is a system designed to deliver more traction not to allow the loss of it. But if you are really serious about drifting a fwd car I'd suggest contacting Little Bowwow he's the drifto king.

Don't encourage him dude. Just let him troll around for awhile before he realizes how stupid he is.

I agree with this completely. I don't really think that FWD is made for drifting obviously and personally im not a fan but it does happen on a daily basis. there is a vid out there somewhere with a crx that drifts and it's pretty good at it.

Like Knight said, track racing, autocross, hell even drag racing is not really meant for FWD cars so why is everyone being some hero to this kid. If he wants to drift his prelude then let him.

I say rip that rear swaybar off your car and giver dude! ATTS might even help your situation if you loosen the backend up. ATTS will pull the front end into the corner more and break out the back end.

Can't find anybody anywhere who's drifted an ATTS. Should be interesting.

There is some Hyperfest video floating around with some Honda drifting.

would tht be the 88-91 hatchback that is so slow its not even funny as it drags its back end around while faster cars wait for it to get out of the way? I think it was perhaps a teal or turqoise color?

I just put trays under my back wheels and leave the e-brake on.
