window net mounting to cage question
Trying to find info on window net mounting to cage
NHRA Rule:
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">6:3 Window Net
A ribbon-type or SFI Spec 27.1 mesh-type window net is
mandatory on any car required by the rules to have a roll cage.
Window net must be securely mounted on the inside of the roll
cage with permanent attachment at the bottom.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I've got standard 8pt, with main hoop, 1 diagonal to the base of the a-pillar bar and the halo. With mounting it to the cage ,it would have 1 mount point on the diagonal, and the other would be be on the main hoop.Would that be the correct way to install the window net legally?
Thanks
